Paddy's Night Food Markets has gone from strength to strength to become one of Sydney's largest night food markets, now attracting upwards of 12,000 customers of all ages and cultures from right across this fantastic city.

Now an iconic monthly venue

Paddy's Night Food Markets are located at Sydney Markets in Flemington and held on the first Saturday night of every month.

We offer our massive customer base a diverse range of food trucks, trailers, and marquees with food offerings from over 30 countries, as well as interesting retailers of take-home food, gifts, homewares, and more. There's also the Automotive Dimensions car show, kids' rides, and entertainment.

Our market is capped in terms of how many food traders we have - ensuring a healthy revenue per trader every month. We also provide rubbish removal for our traders, and work with everyone in a very positive, enjoyable way so we all have a great, profitable night as a team.

NIGHT FOOD MARKET TRADER APPLICATION

  • Paddy's Night Food Markets are held on the 1st Saturday night of every month (ex January)
  • This form is to register your interest only to trade at Paddy's Night Food Markets
  • We do not accept applications via phone, text, social messaging or email
  • Upon submission, please allow 7-10 working days for review of your application
  • Registration of interest does not guarantee acceptance into the market
  • Traders are invited to attend with each month as we manage our waiting list and market themes
  • Trading one month does not in any way guarantee an invitation to trade another month
  • Traders are assessed continually for food quality, agreed menu and category as we manage the mix within our market
  • If successful, you will be emailed with bump-in instructions and an online quote 2-3 weeks prior to each market date
  • You can then review the quote and make an online payment to secure your spot
  • You must pay your online quote when you receive it within 7 days to secure your spot
