Paddy’s Markets Flemington is hosting a special celebration of South Pacific cuisine, culture, and community on Sunday 24 August 2025, from 9AM to 4:30PM — and we want you to be part of it.

We’re inviting authentic south pacific food trucks, street food vendors, merchandise stalls, and cultural performers to showcase a range of South Pacific flavours, talents, and pride.

It’s a great opportunity to connect with a high-energy family crowd, promote your business, grow your following, make some money, and celebrate everything that makes the South Pacific community so vibrant in this wonderful city of Sydney.

Location: Paddy’s Markets at Flemington, inside Sydney Markets, Parramatta Road, Flemington, Sydney.

South Pacific Food Vendors

We’re looking for food trucks and stalls serving authentic or fusion South Pacific fare. This includes island favourites such as:

• Lechon-style roast meats
• BBQ skewers
• Palusami (taro leaves in coconut cream)
• Oka (raw fish salad)
• Sapasui (island-style chop suey)
• Lu pulu, taro and cassava chips
• Coconut buns (panipopo)
• Hearty island BBQ plates served with rice, tropical relishes, and root vegetables

Whether you’re serving traditional Samoan, Tongan, Fijian or other Pacific Island flavours, or offering a modern twist, we’d love to hear from you.

Cultural Merchandise Vendors

From gifts and apparel to homewares and beauty products — if it’s inspired by South Pacific culture, we want to see it.

Cultural Performers

Dance crews, musicians, singers or DJs with a strong South Pacific vibe — bring the energy and help us create a true fiesta atmosphere.

South Pacific gatherings are known for warmth, generosity, and celebration — often centred around food, music and sports.

Paddy's is proud to create a space where Pacific Islander vendors can share their heritage, flavours, and entrepreneurial spirit with their own community and a far broader audience from across greater Sydney.

• Affordable stall fees, capped vendor numbers

• Food trucks/stalls (hot food): $400 + GST

• Dessert vendors: $300 + GST

• Retail/merchandise stalls: $80 + GST

• All-weather covered venue

• Power available to 8 vendors (additional $50 plus GST fee)
