When I first arrived in Australia, I noticed a lack of African dishes in the restaurants I worked at.
This sparked my vision to organise an African food festival, creating a vibrant platform to celebrate Africa's rich and diverse culinary heritage. Sydney Markets enthusiastically embraced this idea, and this year marks our second annual event.
